Had screening call with HR. This led to initial 30 minute face-to-face meeting with hiring manager. 2nd step is scenario interview and panel/role play interview. 2nd step can be combined or 2 separate interview stages. Scenarios focus on how would you handle.... type of questions. Panel interview is role play(call on customer that you have not met). HR will provide you with research for panel interview with very little lead time to prepare.

Typical question is how would you handle client that's violating licensing agreement. Goal of panel is evaluate consultive selling style(expect you to listen more than talk).
