Phone screening, then HM, then final round. Not too difficult. Mostly around Garner as a start up and how/why you chose to apply with them. Vibe seems to be fast and quick page. Open communication and open feedback. Sounds like fast pace and want dedicated folks instead of just something consistent/stable.

The interview process was straightforward. I had 4 interviews. The first one was a phone screening, where they asked about my background and things of that nature. The second was an interview with the hiring manager, again just to get a sense of my background. The third and fourth I had in the same day. The third was a technical interview that was "not leetcode style". I did a easy live coding interview that was health care focused. The fourth was a more in depth interview about certain projects I've worked on and more technical questions.

Garner's interview process is very quick and efficient - I appreciate how quickly things moved. The interviews felt appropriate with what was outlined for the role, and everyone I interviewed with was easy to talk to. After receiving the offer, I also had an additional opportunity to chat with the hiring manager, which helped clarify remaining questions I had.
