Short application. The interview was scheduled soon after and met with one manager in engineering on Zoom. He asked me some background questions about my familiarity with various subjects. Short technical at the end.
The recruiter was nice, asked about my projects so familiarity with your own work was important. Was very interested in why I wanted to work for Garmin and asked multiple times what field I wanted to go knowing what role I applied to.

Phone interview with HR, asked basic resume questions and behavioral questions; a lot about interest in working at the company and getting a sense for motivation levels and level of discipline
