I received a call for an interview about one month after I submitted my resume for the position. I'd read on this site that sometimes the interview process at Garmin can be long and drawn out. Within a few days, I met with an HR professional and the hiring manager separately. I was called back and a week later I met with a group of potential coworkers and then brief one-on-ones with two other managers within the department. Everyone I met seemed smart and friendly and professional. A good interview experience even though I did not get the position.
