Not well planned, interviewer was all over the place with questions. Not very scripted and he was interrupted frequently during the interview. I did get a chance to talk about the position with the out going employee which was very beneficial in the decision to accept the position. It was one of the more interesting interviews I have had in my career.

The interview process made me hopeful to be starting in a new company that might actual care for their employees. The hiring was an easy process to follow through with.
