Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 5 días. Acudí a una entrevista en GardaWorld (Winnipeg, MB) en may 2016
Entrevista
Once application has been reviewed, you are sent an email to write an x-ray exam and a written competency test. The x-ray exam is most difficult, only about 8 out of 30 of the people in room passed. The people who passed the x-ray exam earlier in the day were combined in the same room to write the competency test. The written test is easy if you review your general grammar and math. After this, 10 people passed out of 25-30. Then a short interview is done, and you're scheduled to do a full interview after.

Quite easy. Questions on customer service and about yourself. Undergo just one interview. And had to do a part down. Nothing difficult. You are being shown first then you do it
Fast, efficient. Write 2 exams once your application is accepted then an interview and after that was called and offered the job. The whole process was pretty easy, though the day of the exams and interview it was pretty long.
Interview was quite easy, there were mostly general questions asking about myself and my availability. There were some situational based questions like what would you do if you encounter an angry passenger, what would you do if someone refuses to get his/her luggage scanned.
