I was recruited at my old job where I was an assistant manager, had a very casual conversation with the person who referred me to the hiring manager. I then had an interview with the woman who had recruited me and it was very casual and laid-back, it lasted about an hour. I received a survey that I had to do online to qualify me for the store manager position to make sure I have the skills and talent needed for the position. I got a call about two weeks later for an interview with the VP of sales, which I didn’t know going into the interview, I thought she was a district manager. The conversation with her was fantastic though and she seem to really cherish my ideas and work ethic. Two days later I recieved an offer, a little lower than I would have liked, but still a significant increase from my last role.

Had four Interviews all on phone with 1-2 hours each. Very engaging with HR, District, Store, and Director Managers. Expect last interview to be at least 2 hours long. They each ask the same questions about yourself and your experience.
