I had a first round interview over the phone for the retail management program. I received very little feedback from the recruiter and she really didn't seem overly excited to be talking to me. She asked extremely detailed questions and expected immediate responses. This was especially hard, given that it was over the phone and I wasn't able to see any facial expressions or have her see mine. I did not receive a second round interview.

Made it through 2 rounds of interviews. First is more personal and 2nd is a project on creating a brand for GAP. Was told I had made it to final rounds, only to receive an email more than a month later that my application would actually not be moving forward. Rather unorganized and lengthy process.
