Applied online and then i was asked if i could come in for an interview. Upon arriving was greated and taken to the office where they conducted basic interview questions and then told me they would get back to me and i was offered two days later.

Simple everyday interview questions- why gap, past experience, schedule info, a lot of small talk getting to know you, have you worked in retail
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
