The worst interview process ever! They made me work on 3 different writing assignments which went on for 1 and a half months and still had the audacity to ask me to work on a new one. When asked if I could get paid because I felt like my time was not being valued, they immediately dropped me out of the race. They had no sympathy for utilising my skills or wasting my time. I had three different interviews, which also included with the CEO Alok Kejriwal but it seemed like the entire team was clueless. After my first assignment and interview, the CEO changed the criteria of the assignment and I had to rework on the particular assignment just because the team hadn’t checked with the CEO’s requirements. Overall, the interview processing was horrible, a waste of my time and it was clear that the team was incompetent, unorganised, and unprofessional.
