Initial resume was sent directly to district manager. I contacted district manager directly and asked if he had reviewed my resume. He scheduled an interview (one on one). Standard questions were asked at the interview, (Why this company?, How do you motivate your staff? What if scenarios? and Why did I want to leave my previous position?, Interview was done at a store location.

Two interviews on zoom. One with store manager of different location, one with district manager. Was told after second interview I would have the job and would call me back with additional details. Never heard from them again.
