I was emailed and was asked to schedule a telephone interview. Having done some research on glassdoor I had a good idea of what to expect but that still doesn't make the interview any easier. It is definitely like talking to a robot but you have to be prepared for that, no pleasantries or rapport building, they throw quick fire questions at you and you have to think on your feet. I would advise giving yourself 3 or 4 seconds to think about your answer as there is no break after you have finished answering.
