The first two rounds take place entirely online. You have to fill out and pass the mandatory screening questions to see whether your experience and academic background match the job description. If they do, you are then asked to spend 15-20 minutes on a very comprehensive behavioural assessment. You can't really pass/fail this round, but the results determine whether your character is a good fit for the role. Mine wasn't.
