The first step I encountered with this intern process was an online application with an attached resume. I received a phone call two days later requesting to set up a telephone interview with a talent analyst. The telephone interview lasted 45 minutes and consisted of multiple questions focusing on behavior analysis. Yes, or no questions followed by the interviewer asking to elaborate, then asking to give an example where I have experienced the question asked. At the end of the interview I was told to expect a phone call within 5 days to see if I was compatible with the position or not. The telephone interview was today, so I am unaware of the outcome.
