I took the personality/behavioral test online, which I think was about 45 minutes long. This is their first process of screening. Next it was an interview with a very trained phone interviewer who did not go off script. This was a second round of personality/behavioral tests and was scored. I didn't make the cut after this; was informed by email.

During the phone screen, the questions were mostly about what would you do in this type of situation or what is your preference, etc.
Very friendly interviewers. I didn't not get the job but they personally called me to let me know I didn't me make the final round. They didn't treat me like a number, but as a person which I appreciated.

Entrevista
First, an online talent assessment (two parts, ~200 questions)
Second, an interview with the lead of talent.
Third, an interview with the managing director of consulting.
Finally, an interview with my manager.

Pregunta 1
Strengths-based questions, i.e., what are you good at, what is your goal in 5 years, what makes you motivated about joining Gallup, etc.
2 personality tests + one hygiene round + 2 technical rounds in total. The process was very rigorous and some parts of the interview made no sense. Overall, a very difficult experience all for nothing.
