The interview consisted of written/numeracy tests, assessment centre, and an in person interview for the grad scheme. Pretty straightforward and good communication through out. The follow up and organisation was also really great.
very professional . Although took a a few months but I suppose this is a tedious process. They had several rounds starting from the first call to meeting the manager , then a psychometric evaluation . a questions based written round, police clearance as well as reference checks

very very odd. 1st call was from talent and a small over the phone get to know you.
formal interview took about an hour - one person was late. panel of 2. they ran through my resume and asked questions from there.

Meet and greet. Overview of resume. No real insight into role. odd. I was asked why I had 3 roles in 10 years. 2 of which were contract and stated accordingly i was asked what was wrong with me. I have been in the industry for over 10 years. Not a regular interview process.
