Recruiter was great. Gave solid overview, asked good, relevant questions and was transparent about pay. She was very personable and helpful in the process. She wanted to know why I was interested and asked relevant questions to the position.

I went through an informal interview and then was ghosted. My application status remains under review but I followed up with the recruiter and never received a response. I’m okay if I don’t get the role but being ghosted is very unprofessional.
