A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. I had brief interview with the recruiter. A second interview with my potential supervisors was set up remotely. I reached out to the recruiter a few days later and was told that I was not going to be hired in this role but could continue interviewing for a more junior role for less pay. I declined to continue. I really wasn't in the job market to begin with but I do like to interview from time to time to brush up on my skills.
