It was very casual. Only took 20 minutes for the first round. the second round was 2 20 minutes interviews with two people each. Mainly behavioral. nothing technical. I knew very little about insurance going into it.
The interview process was conversational and comfortable. It was two separate interviews with four people total. They asked your basic interview questions along with just getting to know more about you.
One day, four interviews. Basic questions. Nothing technical. Manageable if this is your first interview. Interviewers come from many different positions within the company, all very cool and very polite.
