Entrevista
I applied online, then received an email saying that I was invited to an in-person interview. Before the interview there is a 15 minute phone call to schedule the interview. The in-person interview was fun and relaxed. You prepare a two minute lesson plan/game/activity to play with the other interviewees and then go in for a one-on-one.
The group interview was fun and not stressful at all! It was really cool to hear from other potential candidates. We all had a chance to answer questions and it became more of a discussion versus interview.

How would you handle a child who didn’t want to participate?
Group interview with 4 other people, and the hiring manager. Very friendly. Had each of us present a camp/ icebreaker activity that we came prepared with and a couple of behavioral questions. Got a response a couple of weeks after!

Entrevista
Not traditional interview with several candidates together, getting asked to pretend to prepare to present to young children some activities. Then each candidate presented their ideas of a fun activity. Some of the activities will be important and useful during actual camp.
