Entrevista
I met with an on-campus representative who told me how and where to apply. A few days after applying online, I received a phone call to set up an in-person interview. The in-person interview took place in SF and was a mixture of group interviews and one-on-one interviews. A few days after that, I received a call that I got the job. I started the application process in May and was hired in a span of two weeks.
There was a group interview on Zoom. We took turns answering basic interview questions, the everyone shared a quick camp activity they would do with kids. It was very straight forward and they tell you about their expectations for the camp activity before the interview so you have plenty of time to prepare :)

It was a fun and engaging interview process that measured a candidate's ability to adopt and live out the company's values. Galileo is a very value driven company, and becoming fluent in the language and philosophy of their company vision is one way to help prepare yourself for the position.

I received a phone call asking if I was available the following day for a group interview. The interview does last around 2 hours, but it can be fun. There are ice breakers, situational questions, and a 1:1 interview portion.
