I applied via the company website, then had a teams call with the recruiter later that week, then had a panel interview 2 weeks later. The whole process was about 3 weeks in total. The screening interview was basic asked about compensation why you want the job, etc, very professional. The panel interview was alright and polite, but a lot of the questions were weird and robotic seeming, even for STAR questions, they asked some questions that really weren't relevant to the position. The panel also wasn't very engaging, it felt very much like they wanted to ask questions but they didn't really want to answer your questions to find out more about the position beyond what was covered in the job description.
