First interview was in-person on-site in Stevenage. I live a 4 hour drive away so asked for as late an interview time as possible. I was given 10.15, so had to stay nearby overnight the night before. This interview was good, they said there would be two interviewers but there were three. It was an hour of standard questions followed by an hour of a proof-reading type exercise. Second interview also in Stevenage, also a positive experience. The two interviewers were nice and the questions standard. However, it took 6 weeks to hear back after my second interview whether or not I got the job, plus an additional 3 weeks to receive feedback. Expenses were not reimbursed! I spent over £140 attending these interviews.

Interview with three fully qualified patent attorneys in the life sciences space. Then a Presentation on a scientific topic. Then an Exam on patent material - focusing on novelty and inventive step.
