1) Online application, including motivational questions and an aptitude test online (the one aptitude test now incorporates numeracy, situation-based, values-fit, etc) 2) Stage 2 was a pre-recorded video interview- one minute to prepare in response to video questions and two and a half minutes to answer into webcam. Questions- why specific scheme; competency based questions etc Stage 3- Assessment Centre- group exercises; individual interview; preparation and delivery of a mock presentation; situation-based role-play AC was by far the most challenging aspect.

The process was pretty generic. An application- Tests-World of GSK assessment. The world of GSK was different because it was a mixture of maths, written and video questions. You get a response straight away, I assume it depends on how well you do on the written and maths questions.
