The application process includes answering a brief questionnaire and 2 motivation questions and there are 2 online tests as part of it. (Email notification will be sent to qualified candidates to take the tests) After which, I received an email to complete the online assessments. If i didn't remember wrongly, it was "Values Fit Assessment" and "Logical Reasoning Test". Again, qualified candidates were notified via email. Next, I was invited down to their Assessment Centre. The Assessment Day consist of the following exercises: - Presentation - Interview - Group Exercise - Practical Exercise There were 6 candidates (including myself) on the Assessment Day. Initially, I was pretty nervous but the staffs there were very warm and friendly, which made me feel very comfortable and a lot less tensed. During the group exercises, there were about 10-15 assessors. Behavorial interview. Questions about your past experiences and your reactions on past situations. STAR format.
