Overall interview process took more than 40 days. Once the application was submitted, personal interview was scheduled after 10 days. After the interview, there was silence for 30 days. After this gap, there was another interview which was informal. The next day, job was confirmed.

Questions revolved around experience, confidence levels at presenting self and practivity
Phone and initial manager interview. They highlighted that GSK prefers to hire internally so hard to enter into company. Don’t hire for many product managers.. not much turnover. Questions were general about personal experiences and a case scenario for how to handle a situation.
