Pretty standard interview process. The team asked basic STAR questions and asked for specific examples in current role. There were three different interviews. One with technical staff, one with HR, and one follow up with hiring manager.
Phone and initial manager interview. They highlighted that GSK prefers to hire internally so hard to enter into company. Don’t hire for many product managers.. not much turnover. Questions were general about personal experiences and a case scenario for how to handle a situation.
