The phone screening interview mainly was done to see your knowledge and fit with the company. An interview was scheduled for a week after with two associates. The interview was mainly behavioral but they asked situational questions as well. The interview was laid back and more conversational than anything. They made it clear that they look to hire interns for full time.
The online interview with the manager was smooth and highly professional, characterized by clear communication, well-structured questions, and a friendly, welcoming tone. The conversation flowed naturally, with minimal technical disruptions, allowing for an engaging, insightful, and productive discussion. Overall, it was a positive, comfortable, and well-organized experience that reflected strong preparation and mutual respect.
