Welcoming atmosphere, senior engineers with simple questions to reflect previous experience and interest. No difficulty while discussing about self. Desired keen individuals that were ambitious to prove their skills in the field.

What are some hobbies that you like to do outside of work?
The people who interviewed were professional and easy to talk with. Two step interview process, then had an offer sent out the same week. Great balance of questions, both technical and to get to know you personally.
Prescreen phone and group interview. The HR did the prescreen and if you pass the group interview will be implemented. Normally the project manager and a team member will interview you.
