Interview was mostly technical. Hiring manager reconfirmed the technical skills listed on resume and asked questions based on it. There was another Senior Engineer in the interview who asked more about my technical skills. They expected I should wear multiple hats and work in team as well individually from drafting drawings, doing design & calculations, write reports up to checking others work & team management. They had a small team compared to other local companies. However, their HR team is extremely slow with follow ups - been 4 months since the interview and have not received a rejection either.
