I called in about the posisition after an employee referral and spoke with the production manager. We spoke about the posisition and set a date for an in person interview. Met with the production manager and spoke about the position and what would be required of me. After speaking about the posisition, I was given a tour of the office and more importantly the shop. While looking at the equipment in the shop the production manager went into more detail about the position. He tried to stress that the posisition was difficult, given the line of work, but rewarding. I was offered the job after the interview and started two weeks later.
