I went through 3 rounds of interview. Every round was a selection round. This interview happened a year back, so I'll write whatever I remember.
Round 1: HR Interview
- Things based on your CV, interest, job.
- to test your communication skills
- for some people the first round itself was a stress interview, however I feel that one allows the interviewer to create that stress on you. If you're relaxed and smiling, nothing can stop you from getting shortlisted
- they also try to judge if you're flexible enough to fit in the company culture
- to talk about it, the culture is quite informal and they would be looking out for people who are beyond academics with good general awareness.

Pregunta 1
Round 2 : Case study
- case study is not like printed on a sheet.
- the interviewer creates/makes up their own case in mind on spot and try to judge your methods and logic behind choosing certain steps, or assuming certain things.
For example my case study was to find number of people who would travel to Europe this year from India.
Round 3 : Case study
- problem was I am a consultant, and my customer (interviewer) has US$ 1 billion that he wants to invest in the aviation sector and have his own airlines company. So what should be his ticket price from Delhi to Mumbai.
(no kidding, he actually wanted me to find the ticket price from the investment amount)

Entrevista
The process went smoothly. They were really friendly and wanted to genuinely know our potential. All of us who were shortlisted had work experiences and we all did our best. Questions were asked based on the specialisation that we have opted. Mine was more focussed in operations , consulting. Brushing up the basic s of operations and the related terminologies and how you actually correlate it with your work experience matters. You can't mechanically give the answer to the question. You need to correlate it with how you have enabled and practised that in your workplace.

Pregunta 1
A simple question in consulting is what I remember now. My interview lasted 35 -40 mins and I was able to answer every technical questions and even this last question. But the significance of last question overpowers everything else. You need to consider them as your client and answer the questions
Count the number of windows in your institution.
good interviewers and great process. they were very warm and kind. there were only personal interview rounds so the process was very much one-on-one. made it till the last round but in the end, did not make it
1. Resume Screening:
Review of academic background, leadership roles, and relevant experience.
2. Online Assessment (if applicable):
Tests analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. First-Round Interviews:
Includes case interviews and behavioral/fit questions, often with junior consultants.
4. Final-Round Interviews:
More in-depth case and behavioral interviews with senior consultants or partners; may include group exercises.
5. Offer Decision:
Based on performance across all rounds, especially case-solving ability and cultural fit.

“A tech firm is considering acquiring a smaller competitor. What factors should they consider before making the decision?”
