Entrevista
The interview process begins with an online assessment to evaluate aptitude, reasoning, and technical knowledge. Candidates who clear it move to three interview rounds focusing on technical skills, problem-solving, and scenario-based questions. Finally, an HR round assesses communication, cultural fit, and overall personality.

Explain to me about your projects & certifications?
What do sourcing analysts do?
I was given a case study to solve and a few aptitude questions
Round 1- Aptitude ( pretty easy )
Round 2 - Interview level 1 ( questions that test your basic understanding of the role ]
Round 3- Interview level 2 ( Questions based on a test case )
Round 4 - interview leave 3 and HR ( questions from your resume and problem solving questions followed by HR round)
The interviewer was polite and friendly throughout the interview. As it was my first interview, I was extremely nervous, which my interviewer understood and proceeded with care. The questions asked were good and can be answered with proper preparation about the role and the company. Make sure to back up whatever you say with evidence, and don't throw out loose words or sentences.

Tell me something about yourself which is beneficial to our company which is not in your resume?
The interview almost had 3 rounds, 2 technical based on Business and the role, first round was easy. Second round was also good with more like situational + technical questions.
