Got an email from a recruiter, I applied on Geico.com and within two hours was emailed a invitation for a skills test at the office, I scheduled for the next day the Geico building is pretty big and clean, HR staff was very friendly, I took and passed the skills test and was asked to schedule a phone interview for later that same day, was asked about my past employers and why I wanted to work at Geico, I was then asked to come back in to the office for a 1 on 1 interview which was about 1 hour long and was just many questions about Why would I be a good employee at Geico, after that I got locked in a room and asked to study a booklet with the policies of a fake insurance company and I would get three calls from the recruiter acting as different customers. Later that same day I was asked to sit an listen to some customer service calls for about 1 hour and followed by two more interviews the same day by the supervisor and the manager of the customer service dept. Later that day I got called and offered the position and asked to come back in to fill paperwork out and a drug test.
