The interview was nowhere near as crazy as a lot of people claiming. They have changed their style of recruiting, and it is not highly stressful. I applied and was sent an assessment to complete. Once the assessment was completed, I received an email to schedule my first interview. The interview was not bad at all. I was asked general get to know you questions that covered why I wanted to work there and some stuff about previous work history. I was then asked while on the first interview to schedule a second interview. The second interview was when the role playing scenarios were introduced, but it wasn't a high pressure situation. I was presented with a scenario and asked how I would respond. There were no crazy surprises or people yelling. I accepted the offer, but have not started yet, but the interview was not what a lot of people are making it out to be.
