Entrevista
1) A couple hours after I applied for the position I received an email about scheduling for a phone interview.
2) Phone interview lasted about 20 minutes with a Geico recruiter. Asked simple questions about qualifications and basically what you wrote on your resume. If you pass then they ask to schedule a time when you can take an assessment.
3) The assessment is a two part test. First part is reading comprehension. Second part is a Spatial relation test where you count how many boxes are touching a designated box. Very straight forward and easy.
4) Phone interview which lasted close to an hour. A typical interview where they ask the typical interview questions.
5) The role play scenario. Its exactly like all the other reviews on here. I didn't think it very stressful at all. Just keep negotiating and provide excellent customer service.
6) Face to Face interview with 2 regional managers. Exactly like the one hour phone interview with very typical straight forward questions.
The process was very straightforward. Nothing to stressful or exciting. I was not offered the job after being told I did really well on the scenario. I really felt that the final interview with the two regional managers went great as well. But it wasn't my time and I will have to try again.

Tell me a time where you let a customer down and how did you deal with it?
Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
