They emailed me to call them and I did to set up and intervie. I did a 1:1 then group interview then a mock call. after that. I got to shadow a person in the call center. They atmosphere was great there. Just make sure you study your resume and know what you did in each thing you put down in it.
Initial interview, typing test to determine how fast you type and how accurate you are, role play on phone calls, final interview, y connecting with an employee while they take calls

Multitasking test...typing test which was in a noisy office you couldn't concentrate. Didn't get an interview with the managers....they told me to come back in 6 months and try it again....

Multi step process until got to person over the phone interview. First test was a about what would you do in situations . Second test was finding errors or the wrong thing to do.
