Great process, quick and informative by recruiters. Though background information great. Hanna was wonderful from beginning until the hiring process. Answered any and all questions I love this company so full of life.

What do you believe it takes to be a great customer service rep?
First initial contact was a phone screen interview. I was asked to come in and interview with the hiring team. I was processed through three different departments and performed a mock call in a call center setting.
