I didn't complete the process. I received a job offer for the same position with a different carrier with a much higher starting pay.
Nonetheless, applied online. Got a generic email afterwards. Phone interview, then an online test I had to complete with 24 hours. Scheduled for an in-person interview at a hotel? Then if they liked me, I would have to come back to the hotel and take a 2-3 hour test. The hotel location was NOT near me at all and I'd have to miss two days at work...why not allow both on the same day? Also, why a hotel? That's just super weird to me. Sounds like I'm just #934 out of #4293 when they told me that.
I told them I received a job offer with higher pay. They told me the salary after the first year, still 1.2k less than my offer so I passed.
I've worked with alot of Geico inside adjusters and the AD training is very good. However, all Geico claims are overworked.

Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

Entrevista
applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

Entrevista
I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
