I applied online and heard back from a recruiter within the first couple of weeks. We set up a time to have a phone interview which lasted about an hour. They want to know a general background, and if you've had any leadership experience during your college career.
I got invited for the onsite interview directly after the phone interview. It lasts all day if you pass all the tests. Throughout the day there are multiple interviews, testings, and job shadows.
If you get invited for a final panel interview you are expected to create a 10 minute presentation and write a short essay as to why you feel like you should be picked for the program. After the interview the management team interviews you one last time and then makes their final decision.
