      Entrevista

      From the beginning of the hiring/interview process to the end....HORRIBLE! There is a typing test you have to take. If you pass, they’ll move you forward to a phone interview. The first interview, they’ll tell you about the background of the company and then begin to start asking you questions. The questions are long and some of them don’t have anything to do with the job! Red flag. If you successfully pass the first interview, you’ll automatically be moved to the next step. You will be sent an email about situational test, and then some video calls to listen to 30 min before your final interview. Once you complete those 2 tasks, you’ll be called for the final interview. One thing I noticed was that the interviewer didn’t call on time for the scheduled interview. Red flag #2. From the last interviewer, you’re told that in your next interview that you will be discussing about the video calls and be asked less questions. WRONG! It’s the complete opposite. More questions are asked, and most of them are similar but just worded differently. Was asked questions that didn’t have anything to do with the job. Just ridiculous! At that point, you don’t even want to complete the entire interview. The interviewer that I had seem as if they didn’t want to interview me, just based off of the tone of voice and energy throughout the call. Last but not least, they’ll send everything you’ve answered throughout the interview to HR to be considered if you passed or not. You’ll either receive an email or phone call based off your results. Not less than 24 hours, I received an email stating I wasn’t selected. For the amount of time put for this hiring and interview process, it’s not worth it. Especially the pay rate that’s offered isn’t enough. I wouldn’t recommend this job to anyone.

      There are two rounds. The first round is virtual and they ask about your background and if you can handle the process. For the second-round, You will shadow someone for 20 minutes then proceed for a 40 minute interview. There are a lot of situational questions.

      Straight forward. There are 2 interviews, must pass 1st to get 2nd. 2nd interview is more detailed and is on site. 1st interview is via zoom. 2nd interview about 45 minutes to an hour

      It was a weird process, first it was on zoom and my interviewer told me to turn off my camera because of the bandwidth issues. Then she asked three questions and provided me the job description and the hours. She then asked me if I was looking for other work and If I was currently working. I did tell her that I am currently working and she told me that I have enough time to provide my current job a two weeks notice. After the interview she told me that she was going to endorse my application for review. Then she sent me another email saying that “Your recruiter will be in touch with you for next steps”. Then in the middle of night not even 24 hrs, I get a generic email saying that I was passed on. I wanted to find out why did I get an email saying that a recruiter was going to contact me, then I passed on from someone else. This was a customer service position and during the interview she told me that I have a lot of experience. I just didn’t like during that interview I was given false hope. I would not recommend applying to this company.
