They were quick to set up a phone interview but once the call arrived they were plugging a position I did not apply for. Very disappointed with the use of this gorilla recruitment tactic.

I was asked to consider another position after stating twice that I was not interested and not given an explanation for why I was not being considered for to position I applied for.

Entrevista
Took an assessment online, scheduled in office testing, took the test, they said they thought I would be a better fit in another role. I interviewed for that role, then was shot down.
I have previous insurance experience plus 30 years of customer service experience, so I have no idea why I wasn't picked. Of course I called the HR office to inquire, and have heard nothing back.
I have tried getting a job here for 3 years, THREE freaking years, and they just keep giving me the same spill.
I have a feeling that since I am a middle aged white male, I don't meet their "diversity" quotas.
