Phone interview w recruiter then phone interview w AD supervisor then he tells you that he will meet you in person for a role play which he never does because he sends other people to do the role play with. Which it really sucks because all they do is pressure you and stress you out and not help you at all if you have questions while the role play is going on and when you call them they just tell you bye no one is here and they just hang up on you. Or if during the role play you call them they are not on the same page as you while the role play is going on because they answer you w this is so n so w Geico. Smh
Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

Entrevista
applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

Entrevista
I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
