Did the online Application and assessment. Received an invite for a phone right after the assessment was done scheduled it for the next day. Lasted about 15 mins, went really smooth and simple just basic questions, why do I want to work for Geico, how is my attendance at my current job. Once I was done she scheduled me for the interview at the office. The interview process was 5 hours,with me still having to come back the next day for the final interview. Got there took the very easy typing test and passed, after I waited about 10 mins for my first interview with the HR supervisor, once done she obviously liked me because I was told to sit back out in the front for the next step which I waited 30 mins or more for. Next step was role play, which was extremely easy because they give you what you need to do great I think I was more nervous because of what I read on here, after passing that I went out and waited another 30-45 mins and was told to come back the next day for the shadowing and final interview with the claims manager because at the time it was already 4:15 (I had been there since 11am) next day the wait wasn’t long at all went straight to the back got what I needed to do the shadowing make sure you pay attention because the manager will ask you what all went on during the call listening did the shadowing for about 45 mins after had my final interview and was offered the job from what I read on here I was not expecting to make it this far

It took 1 month all together from 4/16/25 to 5/13/25. Pretty lengthy process. Step 1: 30 min behavioral-situational based assessment. The type of assessment they had me take really didn't have much to do with the actual role which was a tad bit frustrating. Step 2: 30 minute interview. Be prepared to know your job history. The recruiter began by discussing the role, training expectations and she asked some behavioral questions. There are 2 role play scenarios. I know I did well in the interview, I was told by the recruiter she would endorse me to the hiring manager however on 5/13/25, I received a rejection letter 2 weeks after the interview (after being told it would take only 1-3 business days to hear back) which is disappointing considering I was qualified and I interviewed well.
