Entrevista
Arrived GEICO HR 30 minutes early for the interview. Nobody ask for my i.d. to verify my identity. Completed the 30 minutes computer test. Waited for another 15 mins for the test report. HR personnel call me into the office and informed me that I have the computer test. I ask her which part did I fail and what is my score, but she didn't tell me because she couldn't access the system. By the way, you don't have to wear a professional dress code like I did for the interview because no one does.

It was an interview over zoom. After I applied I got a follow up email and then had my zoom interview. It was about 30 minutes long and they asked behavioral and situational questions along with info about salary.

Video interview, pretty straightforward. Then you have to take an assessment to see if you can keep up with the expected work pace, not hard in my opinion. They were flexible for me because I was still out of the country at the time, so that’s a major plus.

Entrevista
Zoom interview with a live person asking about career history and ambitions for the future. It was a very thorough interview, promoting self analysis and critiquing. It was flushing out skills and qualifications.
