Applied online after finding the opening on Monster.com and received a phone call the same day asking me to set up a phone interview. During the phone interview, my resume and qualifications were reviewed and I was asked to go to their Poway, Ca offices to do some computer testing. I was told that I should plan to be there from 1-3 hours, depending on how well I did. When I arrived, I was directed to the Employment Office. I checked in and was told to wait for about 5-10 minutes while the other 2 people interviewing at the same time arrived. We were given an ID number to be used during the computer testing. The computer equipment used was kind of old and, even though testing was explained, I got really nervous and failed the computer testing, which is a simulation of a call center. Starts easy but all of the sudden it goes on overdrive and you have to take as much information as it is possible and as accurately as you can. After this, I was directed to a small room where I was told that I had failed the computer test and that I could reappy after 6 months.

It was an interview over zoom. After I applied I got a follow up email and then had my zoom interview. It was about 30 minutes long and they asked behavioral and situational questions along with info about salary.
