I was invited for a group testing at their regional office in Richardson, TX. There were about 12-15 people for all different jobs and everyone had the same computer test. For about 20 min you listen to and read mock phone calls and emails and have to type the corresponding information into a computer program. It's pretty straightforward and I didn't have any problems or difficulties. Then there's a speed typing test that was fine. I was passed to speak to an HR rep who asked the basic questions (why this job, why this company, etc.). I did not move past this point because there was an error on my job application that I was unaware of - I attached my resume to explain my full job history but the HR rep was not willing to accept that. I could not believe that such a large company was going to deny me the opportunity to correct my application or review my full resume, but that's that. Nothing else to be done. I'll advise you to double-check your job application and do not make my sad assumption that people from HR can read a resume.

Process was pretty straightforward, I applied online, within minutes I was sent an email for an assessment, within 24 hours I was able to schedule a phone interview. I was asked to come in for a final in person interview. I received an offer.
