Pre-Interview : This interview consists of a telephonic call by one of the member of company. The questions will be about the range of technical knowledge, projects and availability. 1 hour Interview: This detailed interview consist of the behavioral questions, soft skills and technical skills. Idea Pitch: You have to pitch the idea presentation in front of panel and answer the questions of panel. At the end you have to give the comments on other applicants' presentations.
