I submitted the online application then application got screened followed by a call from recruiter where I got a brief overview about the job and then interview was scheduled over the phone with the panel and later there was one in-person meeting. On the same day I has salary discussion with the HR team and in two days I received the offer letter and then completed the joining formalities.

The hiring manager interview was virtual, followed by a virtual panel interview. Most interviewers were from Amazon, and the process resembled Amazon-style interviews focused heavily on behavioral and leadership-based questions.

I was in their feeder rotational program, so the interview was relaxed. They asked me some questions about my experience and capabilities, as well as confidence in certain situations. I asked them about growth opportunities and responsibilities.

3 phase interview, it took a long time until get the response, many iteractions. More ir less 3 months. Firat step was with local GM, then with the regional manager. After with the HR team.
