I worked with the FSE of GE energy,and kown the postion.then I gave the manager a call, plus email my CV. 2 weeks later, the HR gave me a telephone interview. just ask my work experience and English level. It is no so difficult. I will have a face to face interview and technical test in their office in Beijing.
Early morning interview where the interviewer was cold and sort of unable to hold a conversation. This made the interview difficult because it was one hundred percent behavioral. I was not expecting a behavioral interview with an antisocial interviewer.

Entrevista
The interview was a simple phone call, around 30 minutes in total. There was no further in-person interview. After the interview, I received an offer notification about 1 - 2 weeks from the interview date.

I secured the job interview through the career fair at my university. The interview was all behavioral questions with some resume based questions. The interview was short and the interviewers helped to put me at ease.
